Johnny is a born-and-raised DMV local. The four girls in his life come first: his wife of 31 years, Karyl; his daughters, Georgia and Charlotte; and his first granddaughter, Eloise, arriving summer 2026. Running a close second, Washington sports.

Reggie Colbert

Service Manager

With Loyal since 2018

Reggie is a Washington, DC native, married with four kids — three daughters and a son — and three granddaughters. He loves watching football (especially when his Cowboys get the better of Washington) and cruising with his wife, spending quality time together.

Tim Eads

Senior Sales Coordinator

Tim has been married since 1991 and has two daughters. Along the way he picked up a master's in planning and two years of law school.

Jamie loves helping and taking care of people — it's what makes her happiest. Outside of work, you'll find her volunteering with her cat rescue or out fishing.
